Agentic Qe plugin for Grok Build
Agentic QE Fleet is an open-source AI-powered QA/QE platform designed for use with Coding Agents (works best with Claude Code) featuring specialized agents and skills to support testing activities for a product at any stage of the SDLC. Free to use, fork, build, and contribute. Based on the Agentic QE Framework created by Dragan Spiridonov.
How to install Agentic Qe in Grok Build
1. Add this repo as a plugin marketplace in Grok Build (once per computer):
grok plugin marketplace add proffesor-for-testing/agentic-qe2. Install the plugin:
grok plugin install agentic-qe-fleet@proffesor-for-testing/agentic-qe --trustReview before you trust it. --trust lets this plugin's hooks, MCP servers and scripts run code on your computer. It's a community repo that neither xAI nor GrokStacks has reviewed, so read its code first.
Then start a new Grok session, or press r in /plugins, to load it.
Inside Grok Build: type /plugins, open the Marketplace tab, press a and add proffesor-for-testing/agentic-qe, then select agentic-qe-fleet and press i.
Command format: Grok Build's plugin guide
Skills work, MCP part needs manual setup. Grok loads Agentic Qe's skills and commands, but not its MCP server: it needs settings that Claude Code asks for when you install it (userConfig), and Grok doesn't ask for them. Add the server yourself with grok mcp add (see grok mcp add --help), using the server address and settings from the plugin's README.
What we checked: on Oct 18, 2026 it installed with grok 1.0.62 and Grok found 18 skills, 9 slash commands, 1 subagent. That's an install check only: we haven't run it in a live Grok session.
What it contains
Skills (18)
chaos-engineering-resilience— Chaos engineering principles, controlled failure injection, resilience testing, and system recovery validation. Use when testing distributed systems, building confidence in fault tolerance, or validating disaster recovery.mutation-testing— Test quality validation through mutation testing, assessing test suite effectiveness by introducing code mutations and measuring kill rate. Use when evaluating test quality, identifying weak tests, or proving tests actually catch bugs.qe-chaos-resilience— Injects controlled faults (network partition, latency, process kill, disk pressure) into distributed systems and validates recovery behavior. Use when testing circuit breakers, failover paths, retry logic, or building confidence in system rqe-coverage-analysis— Analyzes test coverage data (Istanbul, c8, lcov) to identify uncovered lines, branches, and functions with risk-weighted gap detection. Use when analyzing coverage reports, identifying coverage gaps, comparing coverage between branches, orqe-quality-assessment— Evaluates code quality through complexity analysis, lint results, code smell detection, and test health metrics. Use when assessing deployment readiness, configuring quality gates, scoring a codebase for release, or generating quality reporqe-test-execution— Orchestrates test suite execution with parallel sharding, intelligent retry, and real-time reporting across Jest, Vitest, and Playwright. Use when running test suites, optimizing execution time, handling flaky tests, configuring CI test pipqe-test-generation— Generates durable-first tests — invariants, contracts, and property-based tests at boundaries that survive a reimplementation — plus unit, integration, and e2e coverage. Use when creating tests for new or changed code, filling coverage gapsrisk-based-testing— Focus testing effort on highest-risk areas using risk assessment and prioritization. Use when planning test strategy, allocating testing resources, or making coverage decisions.tdd-london-chicago— Apply London (mock-based) and Chicago (state-based) TDD schools. Use when practicing test-driven development or choosing testing style for your context.aqe-analyze— Analyze test coverage, identify gaps, and optimize coverage strategy using sublinear algorithmsaqe-benchmark— Run performance benchmarks and compare against baselinesaqe-chaos— Run chaos testing scenarios to validate system resilience and fault toleranceaqe-costs— Display inference cost analysis and savings from local vs cloud providersaqe-execute— Execute test suites with parallel orchestration, retry logic, and real-time reportingaqe-fleet-status— Display comprehensive fleet health, agent status, and coordination metricsaqe-generate— Generate comprehensive test suites using AI-powered analysis and sublinear optimizationaqe-optimize— Optimize test suites using sublinear algorithms to maximize coverage while minimizing test count and execution timeaqe-report— Generate comprehensive quality engineering reports with metrics, trends, and actionable insights
