AI Sdlc plugin for Grok Build

Community Claude Code plugin, installs in GrokPluginDeployment

Declarative governance framework for AI-augmented software development lifecycles

How to install AI Sdlc in Grok Build

1. Add this repo as a plugin marketplace in Grok Build (once per computer):

grok plugin marketplace add ai-sdlc-framework/ai-sdlc

2. Install the plugin:

grok plugin install ai-sdlc@ai-sdlc-framework/ai-sdlc --trust
✓ Install-checked in Grok Buildchecked Oct 19, 2026

Review before you trust it. --trust lets this plugin's hooks, MCP servers and scripts run code on your computer. It's a community repo that neither xAI nor GrokStacks has reviewed, so read its code first.

Then start a new Grok session, or press r in /plugins, to load it.

Inside Grok Build: type /plugins, open the Marketplace tab, press a and add ai-sdlc-framework/ai-sdlc, then select ai-sdlc and press i.

Command format: Grok Build's plugin guide

Runs a local MCP server (with npx, uvx or similar), so that tool needs to be installed, for example Node.js for npx.

What we checked: on Oct 19, 2026 it installed with grok 1.0.62 and Grok found 27 skills, 25 slash commands, 1 subagent. That's an install check only: we haven't run it in a live Grok session.

What it contains

Skills (25)

  • ai-sdlc-governance — AI-SDLC project governance rules, workflow expectations, and pre-commit checklist. Loaded automatically at session start.
  • decision-rubric — Apply a rigorous decision rubric when asking the user for a non-trivial design, architectural, or policy choice via AskUserQuestion. Replaces shallow "do you agree with the author's recommendation?" prompts with a full problem statement → i
  • cleanup — Remove worktrees under .worktrees/ — defaults to merged-PR sweep, or pass a task-id to force-remove a specific one.
  • detect-patterns — Analyze tool call history to detect repetitive workflow patterns and propose automations
  • dispatch-worker — Retired Pattern Z Worker loop; use cli-hierarchy (RFC-0051) instead. See docs/operations/cli-hierarchy.md. AISDLC-763.
  • doctor — Audit this project's ai-sdlc configuration health — plugin/pin versions, manifest agreement, attestation governance, and more. Read-only by default; --fix applies the safe/mechanical subset.
  • execute-parallel-cleanup — Retired parallel pane cleanup; use cli-hierarchy (RFC-0051) instead. See docs/operations/cli-hierarchy.md. AISDLC-763.
  • execute-parallel-status — Retired parallel status table; use cli-hierarchy (RFC-0051) instead. See docs/operations/cli-hierarchy.md. AISDLC-763.
  • execute-parallel — Retired tmux fan-out; use cli-hierarchy (RFC-0051) instead. See docs/operations/cli-hierarchy.md. AISDLC-763.
  • execute — Execute a backlog task OR GitHub issue end-to-end — worktree → developer subagent → parallel reviewer subagents → PR. A thin loop over `ai-sdlc-pipeline next-step`; every deterministic step runs in TypeScript, the main session only spawns a
  • executor — The loop an executor session runs in the session hierarchy. Learns its name and the dispatch session's from the roster, refuses any instruction not from its own roster's dispatch session, claims the next eligible task under that name (block
  • fix-pr — Fix CI failures and review findings on a PR by chaining cli-fix-ci + cli-fix-review
  • hierarchy — Drive the session hierarchy (planner, dispatch, executors) from Claude Code by running `cli-hierarchy <subcommand>` from the resolved pipeline-cli bin. Pass-through for up, status, attach, terminals, brief, down.
  • import-spec — Import a spec-kit feature into the backlog. Reads `tasks.md` and writes one backlog task per upstream entry with `specRef:` back-references (RFC-0036 Phase 4 / AISDLC-329).
  • init-signing-key — Generate this contributor's ed25519 signing key for review attestations. Run once per machine before /ai-sdlc execute.
  • init — Scaffold the .ai-sdlc configuration this release requires (keyring, review policy, reviewer set, agent role, pipeline) from one manifest. Re-run after a plugin update to add only what is new.
  • memory-dream — Consolidate, prune and refine the agent memory folder into a new reviewable folder (run, apply, undo). Never modifies the live folder until apply.
  • operator-dispatch — The dispatch session loop: one `cli-hierarchy tick` per wake-up, relay to the planner, route decisions and sleep. Never answers a design decision, never touches main.
  • orchestrator-tick — Retired Conductor loop; use cli-hierarchy (RFC-0051) instead. See docs/operations/cli-hierarchy.md. AISDLC-763.
  • pipeline-status — Show AI-SDLC pipeline status for the current branch or a specific issue/task
  • planner — Orientation for the planner session of the session hierarchy. Prints the roster, the open dispatch briefs with their progress, and the pending design decisions, then describes how to hand work to the dispatch session. A short orientation, n
  • rebase — /ai-sdlc rebase <pr-number> — auto-rebase a PR onto latest main, resolve mechanical conflicts, force-push with --force-with-lease, re-sign attestation if contentHash changed.
  • resolve-conflicts — /ai-sdlc resolve-conflicts <pr-number> — manually invoke the ci-conflict-resolver agent against a single PR. Manual surface (AISDLC-460) for the same agent the dispatch state machine reaches. Use when CI failed on a stale base and you'd lik
  • review-pr — Run AI-SDLC review agents on a pull request (testing + critic + security)
  • rfc-init — Scaffold a new adopter RFC from the framework template (RFC-0036 Phase 2 / AISDLC-327).

Subagents (13)

  • ai-sdlc:code-reviewer-codex — Delegates code review to Codex CLI and returns the same JSON envelope as code-reviewer, enabling cross-harness review workflows
  • ai-sdlc:code-reviewer — Reviews code for bugs, logic errors, and code quality issues
  • ai-sdlc:correctness-reviewer — Combined code + test reviewer — bugs/logic AND test coverage/quality (AISDLC-617, default 2-reviewer set per AISDLC-722)
  • ai-sdlc:developer — Implements backlog tasks against the spec, runs verification, commits work
  • ai-sdlc:rebase-resolver — Rebases a PR onto latest main, resolves mechanical conflicts (test additions, prettier drift), runs verification, force-pushes with --force-with-lease. Escalates architectural conflicts. CHANGELOG.md
  • ai-sdlc:refinement-reviewer — Stage B Definition-of-Ready evaluator — scores semantic gates the deterministic Stage A could not decide (RFC-0011 Phase 2b)
  • ai-sdlc:review-executor-codex — Runs one read-only review probe on the Codex harness and returns the same evidence JSON as review-executor, so the staged review can run its cheap stage on the Codex plan when it is available and the
  • ai-sdlc:review-executor — Runs one read-only review probe and returns its evidence as a fixed JSON shape. Cheap stage of the staged review. It has no shell; the dispatcher narrows its read tools per probe type and supplies dif
  • ai-sdlc:review-planner — Plans a staged code review - turns a ranked risk map into a probe plan that always contains the code-defined baseline checklist
  • ai-sdlc:review-synthesizer — Synthesizes the verdict of a staged code review from probe evidence - bugs and logic, tests, and security remits, every finding citing evidence
  • ai-sdlc:security-reviewer — Reviews code for security vulnerabilities and OWASP top 10
  • ai-sdlc:test-reviewer-codex — Delegates test-coverage review to Codex CLI and returns the same JSON envelope as test-reviewer, enabling cross-harness review workflows
  • ai-sdlc:test-reviewer — Reviews test coverage and test quality for code changes
