srt — WAV音声＋Premiere Pro XML からカット点同期SRT字幕を自動生成する。日本語トーク動画のテロップ用。並列Whisper→LLM意味区切り改行→difflib全体アライメントSRT の3ステップ構成（v6・速度と精度の両立）。
telop-check — 書き出し済みMP4を1秒間隔で全編スキャンし、テロップの数字表記(漢数字→アラビア数字)・誤字脱字・い抜き・ら抜き・固有名詞ミスをタイムコード付きで検出する。焼き込み済みテロップの検出専任で、動画自体は書き換えない。
