wiki-compile — Compile all configured markdown source files into a topic-based wiki.
wiki-global-init — Create or repair the user's default cross-project wiki.
wiki-ingest — Interactive workflow for adding one source file to the wiki. The LLM reads the file, discusses key takeaways with the user, then updates relevant topic articles.
wiki-init — Interactive, conversational setup for a new knowledge base wiki. One question at a time, multiple choice when possible.
wiki-lint — Run health checks on the compiled wiki to find issues.
wiki-migrate — One-time migration command. Analyzes your AGENTS.md or CLAUDE.md session startup sequence and shows which raw file reads can be replaced by wiki articles.
wiki-query — Search the compiled wiki to answer a question. Faster and cheaper than reading raw source files.
wiki-search — Search across all wiki articles for keywords, phrases, or topics.
wiki-upgrade — Update the plugin to the latest version from GitHub.
wiki-visualize — Launch an interactive canvas-based knowledge graph of your compiled wiki. Topics appear as nodes, concepts as connecting edges. Click any node to read the article.
