Prd Taskmaster plugin for Grok Build

Community Claude Code plugin, installs in GrokPluginProductivityMCP: manual setup

Zero-config goal-to-tasks engine for Claude Code (the Atlas engine). Graded PRD validation, dependency-ordered task graph, evidence-gated execution.

How to install Prd Taskmaster in Grok Build

grok plugin install anombyte93/prd-taskmaster --trust
✓ Install-checked in Grok Buildchecked Oct 18, 2026

Review before you trust it. --trust lets this plugin's hooks, MCP servers and scripts run code on your computer. It's a community repo that neither xAI nor GrokStacks has reviewed, so read its code first.

We install this repo directly: Grok Build 1.0.62 can't install it through its own marketplace file. Then start a new Grok session, or press r in /plugins, to load it.

Command format: Grok Build's plugin guide

Skills work, MCP part needs manual setup. Grok loads Prd Taskmaster's skills and commands, but not its MCP server: it needs settings that Claude Code asks for when you install it (userConfig), and Grok doesn't ask for them. Add the server yourself:

grok mcp add go python3 -- '${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/mcp-server/server.py'

Set the variable shown in ${…} in your shell before starting Grok (Grok fills it in when it loads the server).

Then start a new session or press r in /mcps. If it asks you to sign in, select it in /mcps and press i.

What we checked: on Oct 18, 2026 it installed with grok 1.0.62 and Grok found 10 skills, 1 subagent. That's an install check only: we haven't run it in a live Grok session.

What it contains

Skills (10)

  • atlas — The Atlas engine — turn any goal into a validated PRD and an executable, verified task graph. Brand-name entrypoint; a thin alias for the `go` orchestrator. Use when the user types /prd:atlas, says "I want to build", or asks for a PRD / tas
  • customise-workflow — Customise the prd-taskmaster plugin workflow via curated brainstorm questions. The AI asks, the user answers in plain English, and the skill writes their preferences to .atlas-ai/config/atlas.json. Future runs of prd-taskmaster read that fi
  • discover — Phase 1 of the prd-taskmaster pipeline: brainstorm-driven discovery. Delegates to superpowers:brainstorming in Interactive Mode (one adaptive question at a time), or self-brainstorms in Autonomous Mode when no user is present. Intercepts be
  • execute-fleet — Phase execution skill for licensed Atlas Fleet runs. Use when HANDOFF has selected Atlas Fleet and the project should be executed across isolated launcher worktrees with inbox-based result collection, verified CDD cards, sequential integrat
  • execute-task — Execute the next TaskMaster task using the implementation plan with CDD verification. Picks the next ready task, matches it to the plan step, implements via a dispatched subagent, verifies subtasks with evidence, marks the task done, and lo
  • expand-tasks — Expand all TaskMaster tasks with deep research before coding begins. Reads tasks.json, launches parallel research agents per task in waves using the research-expander agent. Writes findings back to tasks.json. Part of the prd-taskmaster too
  • generate — Phase 2 of the prd-taskmaster pipeline: spec generation and task parsing. Loads a template (comprehensive|minimal), fills it with DISCOVER-phase constraints and answers, validates the spec (placeholders_found, grade thresholds), parses the
  • go — Zero-config goal-to-tasks engine. Takes any goal (software, pentest, business, learning), runs adaptive discovery, generates a validated spec, parses into TaskMaster tasks, creates an implementation plan, and executes with built-in CDD veri
  • handoff — Phase 3 of the prd-taskmaster pipeline: smart mode selection and user handoff. Detects installed capabilities (superpowers, ralph-loop, task-master-ai, playwright, research providers), recommends ONE execution mode (A/B/C) with reasoned jus
  • setup — Phase 0 of the prd-taskmaster pipeline. Resolves the active backend, initializes the project, configures the provider stack when the TaskMaster backend is active (DETECT-FIRST — never overwrite a working user config), and verifies the AI pi

Subagents (1)

  • prd:research-expander — Task-specific research subagent for the prd-taskmaster expand-tasks skill. Takes a TaskMaster task (title, description, dependencies) and runs 3-5 targeted queries via available research tools (task-m
